Which wines can compete?
Lyon International Wine Competition is open to wines from all over the world that have a specific geographical denomination.
What must the wine analysis report contain?
The analysis report must include : level of alcohol, total and volatile acidity, total SO2, sugar for white wine, excess pressure due to carbon anhydride for sparkling wines.
Which wines are allowed to compete ?
All the vintages are allowed for the competition.
How many wines can be presented?
You are not limited in the number of wines you can present. The wine merchants must have a warrant for the presentation of wines they do not own.
How many samples do need to be sent?
3 labelled bottles per wine must be sent to the address indicated on the form. The wines must have a label and a cap

What should we write on the package for Customs ?
The shipping and customs fees must be paid by the sender. Specify in all your document :
"Value in customs 0,5 euros per bottle. Samples for tasting purposes only, no commercial value."
CAUTION DHL France will charge you additional fees, we recommend you to go through another carrier.
