Tasing rules
The tasting regulations’ are as follows:
- punctuality is required.
- drinking coffee or smoking before the tasting is to be avoided to guarantee a clear palate.
- perfume should not be worn in order to not perturb the efficiency of the wine tasting.
- the anonymity of the wines must be respected, the « masks » used to dissimulate the labels should not be removed.
-you should stay with your jury and not disturb the other tasting panels.
