Sommellerie Trophy for 2025: Congratulations to the winners!

On Saturday 22nd March, during the Concours International de Lyon, the Sommellerie Trophy for 2025 was presented to award-winners Mathis Bouillard and Nolann Cuvillier, students with a ‘sommellerie’ focus.
The group put together an entire dossier on beers from Bruxelles region and the trip they would like to take, then explained their choices in an interview.
The winners received a prize of 1,000 euros to fund a trip to discover the region.
