For its 13th edition, the Concours International de Lyon was at long last able to return to the Cité International for a competition presided over by chef Florence Périer. The 1200 tasters from across the globe who participated in this important event were clearly delighted to be back!

After two years of tastings held on competition premises, tasters and the organising team were able to return to one of Lyon’s most prestigious sites.
Under the authority of the Commissioner General and the supervision of an independent inspector, nearly 9600 samples were judged by our professional tasters and enlightened amateurs. All samples were tasted in conformity with strict hygiene measures, competition regulations and our ISO9001 certification. At the end of the tasting, 71 trophies and 3108 Gold and Silver medals were awarded to producers in all categories.
