Tasting qualifications

Please check only if you are an expert in the field of spirits.

To be a cheese and dairy products juror, you need to be able to taste all types of cheese, milk, butter, cream, yoghurt and dairy desserts. Allergies and preferences cannot be taken into account.

To be a charcuterie judge, you must be able and know how to taste all types of charcuterie, cured meats, pâtés, rillettes, foie gras and cooked specialties. Allergies and preferences cannot be taken into account.
