Domaine Moulin Gimié - Cuvée les Fossiles

We lived in Capestang for five years. This wine was our “go to” quality red from the Languedoc. The grape blend is very Gimié. The product is a delightful blend of the Rhône and a touch of Bordeaux. I love it with food; it is too powerful to drink on its own. But why not!?
Try Les Musiciennes for a lighter red to drink on its own or a marriage made in heaven with cheese. I have kept some Fossiles over eight years and it only gets better.
