El Concours International de Lyon features nearly 39 categories of non-alcoholic drinks.
The competition adheres to strict organisational rules, including optimal storage conditions, a ranking system for non-alcoholic beverages that takes various criteria into account, blind tastings, vetting of selected tasters, and a 100-point scoring system inspired by the OIV.
